Now more than ever, it's important for small businesses to instill a sales-service culture and get everybody on board to growing the customer-base. It's a team effort to obtain and retain customers! In today's economy, "non-traditional salespeople" play an important role in sharing the value a company offers its customers and shaping a positive experience, while building solid relationships. This is the foundation to selling and it's important for everybody to embrace this concept and the power of their role. Who should attend? "Non- traditional salespeople", such as business owners, front-line staff, back-office staff, delivery people-- as well as "traditional" salespersons.
