3-week Challenge begins July 14 - August 1, 2009

 Challenge dates are Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:30 and Saturdays at 10:00am

Challenge includes a fitness analysis, nutritional counseling, 3-weeks of military style training and a final weigh-out per couple.

The couple cost is $250 for Spoga members and $350 for non-members

Non-member participants will have full use of Spoga Studio’s facilities during the challenge and are required to sign-in with each visit. If non-member becomes a member after the Boot Camp Challenge, registration fees will be waived.
