Culinary Arts Series table sponsorships

HRAC Board Members and Friends:

For this year's Culinary Arts Series the Hammond Regional Arts Center is making available table sponsorships. Table sponsorships are of two sorts:
$1000 for all three evenings (includes six tickets to each dinner)
$400 for one evening (includes six tickets to one dinner).

Table sponsors get first pick of tables. They can decorate their table if they wish and/or display literature on it. They can also donate a door prize to be given away at the end of the evening.

Table sponsorships will be available starting Friday, June 19. $1000 sponsorships will be accepted first, from June 19 through June 27. $400 sponsorships will be accepted starting June 30. Tickets will not go on sale to the general public until Tuesday, July 7.

The dates for this year's CAS dinners are August 3, 17, and 31 (all Mondays). Doors open at 6:00 p.m. Ticket prices are $50 per person for one dinner, $140 per person for all three.

Please call us at 542-7113 if you wish to reserve a table sponsorship. And please remember that our gallery/office hours are Tuesday-Friday, 1:00-5:00 p.m., and Saturday, 11:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m.
